Order Cancellation & Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of being placed.
- Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
No Refunds or Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
- Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or for change of mind.
- Please refer to the size chart and read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Uncollected Orders
- We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- We are also not liable for packages not collected from the post office or during delivery attempts.
- Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid issues.
Quality Issues
- If your item has a defect in material or craftsmanship, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item at jerseyselitewear@gmail.com.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
